1. Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund on your slipper purchase under the following conditions:
- The request for a refund is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The slippers are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
2. Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support Team at help@shopmooncake.com to request a refund. Please provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
b. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request meets the eligibility criteria.
c. Pack the slippers securely in their original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with the product.
d. Clearly write the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
e. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product are your responsibility.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain situations may result in non-refundable items, including:
- Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
- Products returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Returns requested after the 30-day window from the date of purchase.
5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for slipper purchases. If you wish to exchange your slipper for a different size, color, or style, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
